DESIGN

Our product engineering team takes your need or concept and works with you to complete a design. Our highly qualified staff has many years of experience in rotational molding and design to ensure that your product looks and performs the way you want it to. We also have 3-D CAD (Computer Aided Design) capabilities to generate a computer model and professional production drawings of your design. When the design work has been completed, product and associated tooling costs can be determined before making any capital investment.

MOLD PROCUREMENT

Next, a mold is produced. Rotational Molding of Utah works with a number of highly qualified mold makers to ensure that your tools are of the highest quality and lowest cost possible. A variety of mold types (fabricated steel, cast or machined aluminum, nickel, etc.) are available to ensure that the product meets the quality and budget that the project requires.

PRODUCTION

Finally, a finished product. Once the mold is made, we have sufficient resources to ensure that parts can be ordered at any time and at any quantity. However, the service doesn’t stop there. We continue to work with you to ensure that your product is continuously made with the quality and care that is needed for your continued success.
